Job Description (Summary of the position):   

· Experience as a Plan to Produce (Pl2Pr) work stream lead required for Aviation Airframe Manufacturer level and experience as P2P Team member for Senior Consultant K5 and K4 Consultant levels is required. 

· Plan-to-Produce (Pl2Pr) manages supply chain planning, including project systems integration and sales operation and planning. Also includes manufacturing production master data and execution. Pl2Pr has large integrations with Manufacturing Operations Management and Product Lifecycle Management. Pl2Pr includes stock management, delivery, transportation management, transportation of dangerous goods, and customs and export compliance.

· Support Explore workshops and articulate key value propositions in area of SME and S/4HANA innovations pertinent to Procurement processes.

· MM, IM, QM and LE configuration and deployment experience

Responsibilities of Role:  

· Collaborate in the development of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives.

· Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for developing and testing ERP functions associated with business operations.

· Facilitate workshops (solution architecting, requirements gathering) with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine business and functional requirements.

· Design and configure ERP systems to meet client business requirements.

· Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices.

· Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects.

Qualifications:  ALL required qualifications listed below including 10+ years of experience   

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required.

· A minimum of ten (10) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process Aviation, Aerospace & Defense experience

· S/4HANA Certification in area of SME. S/4HANA experience at 1809 or above.

· Big 4 experience with IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PWC or other large CSI

· Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA

· Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global design is a plus.

· Strong communication and presentation skills

· Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary.

· Expert in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project)

· Familiar with Agile methodology and its constructs

· Willingness to travel 80% on a weekly basis to client locations (Hybrid 5/4/3 schedule with some remote)

Candidate must have experience as a Team Lead with experience involving a US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with localization in US geography. Specific SAP modules required: Project Systems (PS), Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP) & Scheduling, Quality Management (QM). PMMO (GPD replacement) experience. Must be experienced with these modules in a complex OEM Aviation, Aerospace & Defense manufacturer. OEM Aerospace experience preferred, but experience in Automotive or Industrial Products (Caterpillar, John Deere, etc.) is also applicable. Must understand PP in a Project Systems (PS) related Sales Order entry process. Must understand Material Master, Work Centers, Routings and BOM’s working with Pl2Pr team. Must be experienced with the aspects of PP and PEO integration to legacy MES or Dassault Apriso systems. Also, knowledge of QM in manufacturing and production work in-process (Quality witness and electronic stamping) required.
