We are seeking an experienced SAP PAPM (Profitability and Performance Management) Consultant with a strong background in solution architecture and modeling. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP PAPM, complemented by skills in HANA and BW, to support the design, development, and deployment of complex financial and performance management solutions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Design, model, and implement SAP PAPM solutions to meet business requirements.
- Develop solution architecture for SAP PAPM models, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance objectives.
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle project implementations, from requirement gathering through to go-live and support.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, analytics, and IT, to ensure successful integration and performance of PAPM solutions.
- Optimize existing SAP PAPM models, ensuring scalability and performance improvements.
- Utilize HANA and BW skills for reporting and data management requirements in conjunction with SAP PAPM.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for SAP PAPM and related technologies.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge of SAP PAPM best practices.
**Mandatory Skills and Experience:**
- 12 to 15 years of overall experience in SAP and related technologies.
- Minimum of 3-4 full project lifecycles involving SAP PAPM modeling and solution architecture.
- Expertise in SAP PAPM (Profitability and Performance Management) with hands-on experience in modeling, financial analysis, and solution architecture.
- Strong background in SAP HANA and SAP BW, with the ability to integrate PAPM models with HANA and BW environments.
- Experience working in complex SAP landscapes and integrating PAPM with other SAP modules and tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.
**Preferred Skills:**
- SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Experience in SAP BPC, SAC, or other analytics tools.
- Strong knowledge of financial and profitability management processes.
- Previous experience working with clients in the manufacturing, healthcare, or consumer industries.
**Educational Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
- SAP certifications in PAPM or related modules are ideal but not mandatory
