Title: SAP SUCCESS FACTORS EC LEAD

3 days/week between 8/5 and 1/30/26. Partially remote, approximately 8 days of onsite.
Scope for this role includes configuring of the following:
Standard foundation objects with propagation to support data consistency and referential integrity
HR data with effective dating including up to forty (40) custom fields
Employee Central (EC) localization of up to two countries. Countries with less than 100 active employees will be loaded with global fields only.
Up to ten (10) Event Derivations on top of delivered event derivations
Up to ten (10) 3-step (approval) workflows.
Up to five (5) look-up tables.
Up to five (5) Customer-specific Foundation Objects & ten (10) custom Metadata Framework (MDF) objects with five (5) Configurable User Interfaces (UI)
Setup / Creation of up to ten (10) Customer user roles
Support for up to 1 (one) language packs including date format, currency code, and number format per country (US and Canada).
Rules engine configuration for defaults/edits up to fifteen (15) rules (Exclude rules related to Add-ons). This includes two (2) Cross portlet rules and three (3) look-up tables
Standard Employee Profile enablement (with standard/predefined Background Sections)
Standard Reports including Demographic, Pay History, and Headcount Reporting
HR Administration, Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) Workflows supporting the following globally defined processes: o New Hire o Rehire o Update Personal Data o Internal Hire o Update Employment Information (Promotion, Demotion, Lateral Move, Data Change) o Manage Probation o Manage Temporary Employment o Off Cycle Salary Adjustment o Add/Manage Global Assignment o Add/Manage Leave of Absence o Voluntary Termination o Involuntary Termination o Retirement o Death o Administer Termination
Contingent Workers: includes the ability to record a reduced data set for these users with the recording of an optional Work Order information.
Single Sign On (SSO).
Must have skills:
Has lead EC work during the joint implementation of EC and ECP
Nice to have skills: Experience with combined implementations of ECP and Workforce Software. English
