NOTE FOR SUPPLIERS: This role requires that the candidate meets 810 Compliance, due to the client's system dependencies.
Onboarding Note - Please expect around 3-4+ weeks for BGV and onboarding. The client has a lengthy BGV that must be 100% cleared prior to start. Once onboarded in Cognizant, there is client onboarding to complete before ramping up to full time.
Industry - Energy
Location - Remote; some travel will be required to the client site in NJ throughout key point of the project. T&E reimbursed.
SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting & Onboarding Consultant
Job Description/ Responsibilities
Excellent understanding of Recruiting and Onboarding functional design/process flows
Well-versed in solution design and review aligned with Best Practices. Able to define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis.
Work directly with client and/or functional consultants to confirm requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions and ultimately drive requirements sign-off.
Preparation & Execution of Test Cases / Test Plans / Test scripts and support UAT
Experienced with system review, testing (Unit/SIT/UAT), training, knowledge transfer and deployment
Ability to serve as a liaison to other SuccessFactors consultants in communicating and escalating technical requests. Also working closely with large teams to deliver results for the client
Understanding of Instance Refresh & Instance Synch and Config migration
Provide thought leadership and recommendations as per stay current releases from SAP and periodic system updates.
SuccessFactors Recruiting (specific)
Configured and implemented SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Marketing solutions.
Hands-on experience of configuring Recruiting XMLs, candidate status sets, career sites using Career Site Builder, agency setup, recruiting settings, recruiting business rules and recruiting reports
Job Profile Builder Integration Experience
Knowledgeable about integration with other SF modules and 3rd party applications. Eg. Assessment and Background Check Vendors
SuccessFactors Onboarding (specific)
Configured and implemented SuccessFactors Onboarding (2.0) solutions
Hands-on experience of configuring Onboarding process flows, New hire tasks, Business Rules, Custom Data collection, Custom Forms, Compliance forms etc
SF Recruiting and Employee Central Integration Experience
What are the top 3 skills required for this role? Should be certified and experienced in both SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules and should hold ACTIVE certifications in both. (Onboarding refers to Onboarding 2.0)
3-5 years of hands-on experience of configuring and implementing SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding with at least 1-2 full end-to-end life cycle implementation of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding with Employee Central.
Configured and implemented SuccessFactors Recruiting Management, Marketing and Onboarding (2.0) solutions.
Additional Information:

Integration experience with Recruiting, Onboarding and Employee Central
Integration experience with third party applications for recruiting processes like Postings, Assessment or Background Checks
Knowledge on other SuccessFactors Talent modules is a plus
