Job Description :

Job Title: SAP Test Lead

Location: Baton Rouge, LA (Initially remote and Client can ask in a month for relocation)
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

Job Description:

SAP Test Lead role experience

Strategy creation/preparation and implementation
Preparation (test planning, test resource planning, environment/integration readiness planning, etc.)
Execution (program-wide facilitation of daily test activities across business, IT, 3rd-Party, PMO, Defect Management)

Strong communication

Able to articulate and present complex concepts with clarity, verbally and/or in writing
Able to quickly and proactively identify, mitigate and resolve communication gaps
Able to influence cooperation and collaboration in large groups
Able to receive instruction and/or feedback and adjust/correct behavior accordingly
- Primary Tools experience

Proficiency with ALM test tool and MS Excel usage
- Understanding and ability to speak to key testing concepts

Test Readiness [data, environment readiness(technical integration), system access and authorization, etc.]

Test Progress Analysis and Reporting (Proficient using MS Excel); Power BI experience is a plus
