Role: – Scrum Master
Bill Rate: $91/hour C2C
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term
Interview Criteria: Telephonic + Skype
Direct Client Requirement
Supporting Scrum Teams:
Ø Facilitation of Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, Daily stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)
Ø Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team to ensure a clear understanding of product backlog items.
Ø Help maintain and update team boards, burndown charts and other Scrum artifacts.
Team Collaboration:
Ø Foster a collaborative and self-organizing team culture.
Ø Demonstrate, encourage and facilitate open communication among team members.
Ø Assist in identifying and resolving conflicts/impediments that hinder team s progress.
Continuous Improvement:
Ø Facilitate engaging retrospective meetings to identify areas of improvements.
Ø Contribute to the implementation of process improvements by acting as a team coach.
Ø Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices that are leveraged by high performing software development teams and organizations.
