The Reporting position is tailored towards those who can handle reporting tasks. someone who is adept at analyzing data from different systems and can support the process of incorporating this data into the main Data Platform and have experience with managing large sets of data.
Here's what we're looking for in candidates
Business Analysis Skills: Candidates should be proficient in collecting and understanding data needs, as well as fundamental business analysis tasks such as gathering requirements, asking insightful questions, communicating clearly, and actively listening.
Experience in the banking, financial services, and insurance sectors is preferred, with a bonus for knowledge in CRM systems.
Familiarity with agile work environments is also important.
Data Skills:
Ability to analyze data for insights.
Skills in examining the quality and structure of data.
A good grasp of how data moves and changes across systems.
Strong knowledge of data warehousing is a must for the GM BI Reporting role.
