Job Description : 

  • 6+ years of experience using programming languages, including Python, R, or Java, to manipulate and analyze data
  • 2+ years of experience using SQL to c ond uct complex database queries and data visualization using Tableau
  • Experience applying data science techniques to analyze human resource data to gain insights and make informed decisions about workforce management, recruitment, training, and overall HR strategies
  • Knowledge of the analytics maturity model, data strategy, and data governance
  • Ability to create pivot tables, formulas, and sophisticated macros and data models using Micro sof t Excel and VBA
  • Ability to display business judgment in anticipating client or project needs and developing alternative solutions
  • Ability to be a self-starter with initiative, pay attention to details, and present complex information to non-te chn ical audiences
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
