Job Title: Senior Level Health Care Project /Program Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA( NJ area candidate also works if they are ready to commute to work) – 3 days office every week

Below responsibilities are generic and the technical skills varies for the 4 positions mentioned above
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Execution: Lead the execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare providers, IT teams, and regulatory bodies, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, identify any issues or risks, and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and comply with healthcare regulations and policies.
- Team Leadership: Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and supporting team members in achieving project goals.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new systems or processes.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and post-project evaluations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the PMO.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in the healthcare industry.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana). Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and standards.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, HITECH, and other relevant compliance requirements.
- Project Management Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification is required. Additional certifications related to healthcare or IT are advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present to and engage with diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving project success.
