SAP RTR Instructional Designer:
Project Location: Remote with travel to Tulsa, OK, Longview, TX, & Redmond, OR
Travel : 50% mandatory.
Contract Length: 6 months.
- Skills Needed:
- S 4/HANA
- SAP Instructional design /training material creation for RTR should be very strong in RTR training content development
- Facilitation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior developers
- Accountable for demonstrating Clients values and cultural behaviors, models and creates a winning culture
- Capable of delivering high-quality solutions within a dynamic environment and challenging timelines
