o Competence in integrating Jira with other tools and plugins to enhance project management capabilities.
3. Confluence:
o Skilled in creating and organizing Confluence spaces and pages to serve as a knowledge base for project documentation and collaboration.
o Experience in using Confluence for requirements gathering, meeting notes, product documentation, and collaborative work.
Industry Knowledge:
1. Property and Casualty Insurance:
o In-depth understanding of P&C insurance concepts, products, and market trends.
o Knowledge of underwriting, claims processing, policy administration, and regulatory compliance.
o Familiarity with industry standards and frameworks such as ACORD.

o Strong grasp of Scrum principles, practices, and theory.

Experience:
Demonstrable experience working as a Scrum Master or Business Analyst in the claims will added advantage.
Previous experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) in an Agile environment.
