Hands-on experience in workflows, sub-flows and scripting
Knowledge on tools such as Azure, Postman, and ServiceNow API integration is MUST
Hands-on experience in integrating ServiceNow with other tools using scripted rest Apis, REST messages directly and through mid-server.
Hands-on experience in Creating and modifying catalog items in ServiceNow with complex workflows to automate various business processes using Workflow Editor
Knowledge of Incident, Service Request and Change module.
