Role: Senior System consultant

Location: Orlando, Florida (3 days onsite in a week)

Duration: Long term

Job Description:

  • Technical Skills: (Mandatory) System Consultant requirement for Vertafore ImageRight or Vertafore AMS 360 Agency Management
  • Knowledge of Work Smart / Image Right applications & ImageRight Services
  • Insurance Domain Knowledge
  • Microsoft Technologies: Azure, Active Directory Network Technologies:
  • Network Traffic Management, Internet Protocols such as TCP/IP IIS and/or SQL and Multi-tiered application environment support experience Trouble shooting windows server and ImageRight issues Windows servers post patching support Experience with cloud-hosted environments, private/public/hybrid clouds Implementation & product support to the business, technical users and SFDC integration, policy rating software, and general troubleshooting skills.
  • Manage and maintain the health and availability of windows-based servers Administer and maintain the SCCM infrastructure, including deployment and management of software Implement and maintain security protocols and updates to protect our sensitive data and networks.
  • Knowledge application architectures and automation/configuration management.
  • Experience of Azure Operational and Monitoring tools.

Technical Skills (Secondary – Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY):

  • Database Technologies: AMS 360 
  • Familiar with Tanium End Point security
  • Experience in Azure Migrate, Security Experience

 Soft Skills –

  • As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
  • Requirement gathering and Review
  • Azure Certification is a plus
