Job summary:
  • We are seeking a Sr Consultant with 8 to 12 years of experience, specializing in Mongo DB and Oracle, to join our team.
  • The role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts.
  • The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to drive impactful solutions, contributing to the company's success and societal impact.

Responsibilities :
  • Lead the design and implementation of database solutions using Mongo DB and Oracle.
  • Oversee the maintenance and optimization of existing database systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members on database-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of database solutions.
  • Develop and enforce database best practices and standards.
  • Conduct regular performance tuning and troubleshooting to ensure optimal database performance. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for database configurations and procedures.
  • Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations and policies. - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
