Job Description:
Expertise in designing Automation related SOP's, Standards, Guidelines, Test Factory in Box (TFIB), Frameworks, Governance, Audit & Reference documents, ensuring consistency and repeatability.
Expertise in setting up the Automation Lab for Opensource & Commercial tools and closely working with Tool vendors, to create Reusable Solutions & working with Vendor for any Customizing the solution.
Expertise in assessment of existing Automation tools, process, and frameworks, identifying technical gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
Expertise in Automation Tool comparison and recommending the right tool through POC inlined with the customer landscape & Budget.
Design & Perform Control & Compliance Testing of customer business stack, inlined with Automation in Silos & End-End Integration.
Derive Automation Maturity Assessment & Implementation (Pre-Crawl, Crawl, Walk, Run, Fly).
Setting up Automation- COE as Horizontal for Independent Verification & Validations Services which can be accommodated across the Client Enterprise.
Defining & Adoption of Automation Target Operating Model (TOM) inlined with Recommendations & Roadmap including Risks & Mitigations.
Deriving the Best Automation Practices and adopt them in multiple LOBs in terms of Reusable & Scalable optimal Solution.
Job Requirements:
Good knowledge in BFS domain.
Experience in Automation COE.
