" Design, implement, manage, and maintain highly complex, secure, and reliable network ServiceNow infrastructure.
" Design ServiceNow Platform, including integration strategy (e.g., utilizing infrastructure platform APIs via SOAP and/or REST APIs) and performance.
" Defines, guides, and supports the execution of technical governance processes (e.g., platform change review).
" Design, develop, and maintain integrations with other applications such as Active Directory, Workday Altiris, Casper, Jira
" Designing, engineering and configuring ServiceNow to automate internal Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) processes
" A strong background of ServiceNow development
