Job Title: Service Now IRM (GRC) Functional Consultant
Location: Remote / Anywhere in the US, Richardson TX or Hartford CT are preferred
Duration: Contract (Extendable)
Need a strong resource with strong experience on Platform Capabilities
Job Description:
  • Serve as an expert in the ServiceNow IRM implementation, leading ServiceNow practices, advancements, and innovation.
  • Having prior experience on IRM CAM (Continuous Authorization Monitoring) implementation
  • Must have experience on overall platform capabilities with specialization in IRM implementation (Policy and compliance, Risk management, Audit management, Operational resilience, Vendor Risk management, Business continuity management modules)
  • Understanding of IRM domain and its fundamentals.
  • Able to realize and translate the requirements to user stories for implementation.
  • Thorough understanding of ServiceNow GRC product offerings ad ability to develop solution architecture with ServiceNow IRM Products
  • Must have good understanding on inter relationship between ServiceNow IRM products with other ServiceNow products like ITSM, ITOM, SecOps
  • Solutioning and Designing the IRM solution using industry best practices.
  • Experience in doing entity scoping exercise.
  • Understand overall business objective and run workshops to gather detailed requirements and design the solution with the necessary applications that needs to be integrated.
  • Hands-on development includes creation, configuration and customization of policies, controls, indicators, risk frameworks, audit test plans, attestation, and assessments etc.
  • Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, reports, dashboards, and business rules.
  • Configuring IRM portals.
  • Experience in multiple ServiceNow implementations.
  • Lead the configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances.
  • Configuring Policies, Risks, Audit test plans, Vendor contracts, Operational reports, and integration either with UCF or configuration of ServiceNow use case accelerators.
  • Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows.
  • Provide design and work with development team on integrations and process automation using Service Now Orchestration and overall solution implementation.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • 12+ years of experience with 4 years of experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation
  • Experience in ServiceNow IRM design, and implementations with a fair understanding of IRM model, plugins, and accelerators like CAM.
  • Excellent customer facing skills.
  • Should have worked extensively on ServiceNow Integrations with other external systems.
  • Should be able to hold discussions with the clients on the best approach for the client after analyzing their environment.
  • Must have working experience Agile environment.
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM
  • Understanding of various regulations like HIPAA, FSA, PCI etc. (Good to have)
