Job Description :
Position: ServiceNow APM
Type: Contract
Location: Remote (EST or CST Preferred)
Skillset :
APM - Application Portfolio
Perform data setup for Application Portfolio Management to enable Out-of-the-Box functionality for
  • Metrics
  • Data Capture Fields
  • UA Action/Business Rules
  • Workflows
  • Dashboards/Reports
  • Import an existing inventory of Business Applications and/or Instances in predefined format

APM - Business Capabilities
Perform data setup for Application Portfolio Management- Business Capability to enable Out-of-the-Box functionality for:
  • Metrics
  • Data Capture Fields
  • UA Action /BusinessRules
  • Dashboard/Reports
  • Data from the existing ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) implementation will be used to setup Business Capability software models
  • Utilize the existing ServiceNow Software Asset Management implementation data to set up the Business Capability software models

APM - Technology Portfolio
Perform data setup for Application Portfolio Management - Technology Portfolio to enable Out-of-the-Box functionality for:
  • Metrics
  • Data Capture Fields
  • UA Action / Business Rules
  • Workflows
  • Dashboard/Reports
  • Manual setup of the Technology Portfolio software models will be required because no current software asset management solution is in place
  • Configure : Create/Modify Risk calculations as needed

PPM - Demand Management
Perform data setup for PPM Demand Management to enable Out-of-the-Box functionality for:
  • Data Capture Fields
  • UA Action / Business Rules
  • Workflows
  • Dashboard/Reports
  • Configure Demand metric and demand bench configuration based on User Stories
