Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business and IT, acting as a coach to guide and influence the effective use of ServiceNow. This role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure the proper utilization of ServiceNow capabilities. The architect will also act as a data steward.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
• Collaborate with business units to understand their processes, needs, and challenges.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
Architecture and Design:
• Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT best practices.
• Provide architectural guidance to ensure ServiceNow configurations meet organizational standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement:
• Engage with key stakeholders, to build strong relationships and facilitate effective communication.
• Act as a coach for business-side users, guiding them in utilizing ServiceNow functionalities and discouraging unnecessary customizations.
Documentation and Training:
Create comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, processes, and workflows.
Conduct training sessions for business users to enhance their understanding of ServiceNow and promote self-service capabilities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, etc.).
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with a focus on guiding business users in the effective use of the platform.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, functionalities, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
