ServiceNow Business Process Consultant Houston, TX-Hybrid Long term Need someone local to TX or who can relocate. Role Description: Our client is looking for a skilled ServiceNow Business Process Consultant / Analyst with strong ServiceNow and experience and process knowledge to join our dynamic solutions team.Candidates may be based in TX, Houston Area. Role and Accountabilities:This opportunity will suit a motivated Business Process Consultant with a demonstrated record of offering ServiceNow related design and development support, successfully delivering on a wide range of ServiceNow related technical engagements.The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: -Conduct in-depth analysis of current business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities during ServiceNow implementation. - Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements for ServiceNow implementation, particularly in IT Service Management and IT Operations Management. - Design and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions that optimize operational efficiency and align with business objectives. - Lead the development of process documentation, including process maps and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with industry best practices. - Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders and users on new processes and ServiceNow functionalities. - Monitor and analyze post-implementation performance to identify areas for continuous improvement and optimization. - Provide strategic guidance on integrating ServiceNow with other systems ensuring seamless workflow and data consistency. - Act as a liaison between the technical team and business units, ensuring clear communication and understanding of process changes. Qualifications: Skills and Experience Requirements:- -Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process consulting or analysis, with a focus on IT service management and ITOM systems, preferably including experience with ServiceNow. - Demonstrated ability in leading business process reengineering and optimization projects, with a track record of delivering tangible improvements. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. - Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, capable of engaging effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. - Experience in conducting workshops and training sessions for a diverse audience, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes. - Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and experience in integrating various IT systems and platforms for streamlined operations. Preferred:- ITIL v3 certification - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills- Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong presentation development and Customer Presentation skills Top 3 skills are- Business Analysis & OCM Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication ServiceNow (ITSM & ITOM) or other ITSM tool set
