CSM Dev role - ServiceNow Customer Portal exp and Widgets exp is must
Developer Must have
Minimum of 8+ years supporting implementation, administration, configuration, and development of ServiceNow platform with at least three years of experience in CSM.
Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular and experience in REST API integration is a must
Solid understanding creating Business Rules, ACL's, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Macros, UI Scripts, Catalog Forms, etc.
Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal Implementation and Customization; experience developing Service Portal widgets and capabilities; experience leveraging UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts
Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications and integrations.
Configure integrations with various ServiceNow integration methods, such as web services, REST, SOAP, Data Sources, and import set.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM module, including portal customization, and knowledge management.
Extensive experience with Flow Designer including creating flows for integrations
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
