Job Description :
Role: ServiceNow Developer (HRSD/ CSM)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract .
Type: Remote
Responsibilities
Design and Implementation:
  • Design and develop ServiceNow applications and solutions within the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
  • Implement new ServiceNow applications and modules, and configure and enhance existing applications and modules.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications, including UI Policies, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
  • Configure integrations with other systems and databases.
  • Develop custom workflows and automation scripts using JavaScript, Glide API, and other technologies supported by ServiceNow.
  • Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements in existing ServiceNow modules and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and provide support for end-users.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Customer Service, IT, and other business units to ensure successful delivery and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Adhere to best practices and coding standards in ServiceNow development.
  • Document technical specifications, solutions, and configurations for future reference.
  • Train end-users and administrators on new functionalities and features of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Share knowledge and mentor junior developers within the team.

Skills and Qualifications
Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HRSD and CSM modules.
  • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Experience with ServiceNow development, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Glide API.
  • Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.

Experience:
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in customizing ServiceNow applications and modules.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ServiceNow platform.
