Title: ServiceNow Developer ITSM/ITOM
Location: Remote
Duration: Contract

Responsibilities:
  • Mentor platform team development resources in implementation methodology, configuration, and best practices for the ITOM application suite.
  • ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge and Service catalogs)
  • Experience on any one of ServiceNow ITOM product offerings
  • Candidates should be experienced in some or all the following ITOM applications: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, SAM, and Orchestration
  • ITOM developer experience in some or all ITOM application areas (Discovery, Service Mapping, SAM, Event Management, Orchestration)
  • General support, administration, development, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform across various modules like ITSM, ITOM etc
  • Break down the infrastructure silos and leverage the combined power of IT Operations and IT Service Management
  • Provide ServiceNow Administration and Functional/Development Support to users across the Organization
  • Mentor platform team development resources in implementation methodology, configuration, and best practices for the ITOM application suite
Requirements:
  • ServiceNow System Admin certification (admin or higher)
  • Demonstrated ability with ServiceNow incident, change, problem, request, CMDB and knowledge management applications
  • Experience in IT service management (ITIL V4 certification preferred)
  • Ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in the ServiceNow environment
  • Ability to learn new modules in ServiceNow & support development activities, as needed within those modules
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Applies standard methodology, techniques, procedures, and criteria
  • Ability to analyse raw results, determine/resolve bottlenecks, and create meaningful documentation of testing scenarios and results
  • Experience in IT service management (ITIL V4 certification preferred)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of marketplace and technology changes pertinent to ServiceNow and ITIL processes
  • Experience troubleshooting integration management, security, and application issues
