Job Description: 

·         Shall be able to execute multiple implementation projects on ServiceNow Non-ITSM modules (ITBM, CSM, HRSD, FSM, SecOps, GRC, etc

·         Work with various levels of management internally and Client organization


Primary responsibility would be to understand business needs and translate into tool requirements


·         Make presentations to clients on usage of Proposed Solutions and Solution Design

·         Understand the strategic direction set by management as it relates to team goals

·         Lead and enrich the team of 3-5 or more functional resources

·         Use considerable judgment to determine solution and seek guidance on complex problems

·         Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and collaborate with other team members

·         Travel to customer location for solution implementation

Duties include:

·         Preparing and presenting Business Case/Solution design/Functional Specifications related to Non-ITSM ServiceNow modules

·         Clearly articulating and documenting business requirements (Requirements Specification)

·         Assess risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands

·         Research and analyze market trends for Non-ITSM ServiceNow modules and Custom Applications for continual improvement and identify gap for new product/services

·         Obtain and analyze business requirements and document solutions

·         Research new functionality and recommend solutions that deliver customer value

·         Work with ServiceNow Technical Consultants/Developers to explain the requirements and ensure development is according to specified functional requirements (Functional Lifecycle Testing)

Candidates should demonstrate experience in the following areas:

·         Broad IT experience across different business functions (with expertise in at least one of business function) e.g. Finance & Accounting, Human Resource, Customer Service, Administration, Security Operations, etc.

·         Hands on experience on writing the process documents, process flows and Functional Requirements Specification documents

·         Asking probing questions to understand and clarify requirements

·         Feasibility analysis of customer requirements

·         Confirm whether the requirements will result into Configurations or Customizations

·         Suggesting on Best Practices related to Configurations or Customizations

·         Suggesting best suited/alternate ways for achieving required functionality

·         Prepare detailed documentation on functional specifications and review/finalize same after Rogers review

·         Validate/Test the functionalities during / or after completion of development

·         Maintain an interface with business users and other key stakeholders and keep them synchronized with progression

·         Lead system validation and UAT efforts with client

·         Communications that clearly articulate solutions and the ability to perform demonstrations in front of customer

Basic Qualifications:

·         3 – 10+ years of experience in consulting and implementation of ITSM and Non-ITSM processes

·         Managing and measuring processes compliance to established policies and procedures, and drive continuous process improvements

·         Candidate should have been involved in the end to end implementation of at least one of the Non-ITSM modules such as ITBM, SecOps, GRC, HRSD, CSM, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, etc.

·         Good analytical and communication skills

·         Good client-interfacing skills

·         Expertise in MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Excel or other similar tools.

Preferred Skills:

·         Process Consulting experience in respective business function

·         Closely work with cross functional teams to create operational excellence awareness and influence related functions for its implementation

·         Process Analysis and Measurement - Conduct process maturity analysis of the existing processes and performing gap analysis

·         Understand the capability of existing tools to support the recommended TO-BE process

·         ITIL certification is a plus

·         ServiceNow Implementation certification is a plus (as many as possible from the below list)
