ServiceNow HRSD Knowledge Manager

Miami, FL Client DOmain : Real Estate Company 

 

ServiceNow HRSD Knowledge Manager for an initial 8-month contract. Working in a hybrid model onsite three days/week (preferred) or remotely (eastern time zone hours), the Knowledge Manager will serve as a member of the Core Team in the client’s new implementation of ServiceNow’s HRSD module. In this role, the team member will:

 

  • Have wing-to-wing responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the knowledge bases included in the implementation phases 

  • Dive into the client’s current knowledge assets and framework to create the strategy and actions necessary to ensure the fullness of information and success of the knowledge implementation 

  • Work with the team to develop a phased self-service approach for each project phase to ensure delivery 

  • Work with the system implementer to determine taxonomy and go-forward knowledge organization approach? 

  • Drive cross functional resources to align to strategy and then to gather, organize, consolidate, author, revise and standardize content so that it may be leveraged to the platform to drive amazing self-service 

  • Create the go-forward operational content governance approach to ensure proper management post phase information including cross functional team structure as well as review and maintenance requirements and activities ensuring accuracy and relevance 

Required Skills

  • 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow HRSD modules

    • ServiceNow HRSD certifications are a major plus 

  • Deep understanding of Knowledge Management best practices 

  • Change Management expertise 

  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree
