Job Description

ServiceNow Developer: Implementation and development experience specific to the implementation of the CSM /Telecom OM module in ServiceNow.
At least 4 years of experience with ServiceNow.
Recent experience in senior development leading role.
Configure the ServiceNow solution to meet identified business requirements, process guides and functional requirements.
Solid ServiceNow development experience,
Responsible for ServiceNow platform Administration, Development, Documentation and Technical support.
Configure/Customize ServiceNow including Workflows using Flow Designer, Service Catalog, UI, Client scripts, Business rules, UI Actions, Script Includes etc.
Experience in Web development languages, specifically JavaScript, XML, AngularJS, Bootstrap, Jelly, and HTML/CSS.
Experience in Web Service integrations using SOAP, REST, JSON, etc.
Participation in the full software development life cycle: Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing and promotion into Production.

Responsibilities:

To ensure successful initiation, planning, execution, control and completion of the project by guiding team members on technical aspects and conducting reviews of technical documents and artefacts.
Lead project development, production support and maintenance activities.
Fill in and ensure timesheets are completed, as is the invoicing process, on or before the deadline.
Lead the customer interface for the project on an everyday basis, proactively addressing any issues before they are escalated.
Create functional and technical specification documents. Track open tickets/ incidents in queue allocate tickets to resources and ensure that the tickets are closed within the deadlines.
Ensure analysts adhere to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.
Ensure that all in the delivery team, including myself, are constantly thinking of ways to do things faster, better or in a more economical manner.
Lead and ensure the project complies with Software Quality Processes and within timelines.
Review functional and technical specification documents.
Serve as the single point of contact for the team to the project stakeholders. Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates.
Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.
