Job Description: 
 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end management of ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and analysts.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.
  • Conduct regular project meetings, providing status updates and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
  • Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
  • Ensure that all ServiceNow implementations meet quality standards and are compliant with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements and function as expected.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the ServiceNow platform and project management methodologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and updates, integrating new functionalities into projects where applicable.
  • Skills:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow projects on time and within budget.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices.
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and integrations.

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Project Manager certification is highly desirable.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
