Job Description: 
 

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end management of ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project completion.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.

Manage and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and analysts.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity on project goals.

Conduct regular project meetings, providing status updates and addressing any issues or risks.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.

Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement.

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.

Ensure that all ServiceNow implementations meet quality standards and are compliant with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Oversee the testing and validation of ServiceNow solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements and function as expected.

Identify opportunities for process improvements within the ServiceNow platform and project management methodologies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and updates, integrating new functionalities into projects where applicable.

Skills:

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow implementations.

Proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow projects on time and within budget.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other ServiceNow modules.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Experience working in a consulting or professional services environment.

Familiarity with ITIL framework and practices.

Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and integrations.

Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or Project Manager certification is highly desirable.

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is preferred.
