· This is an outstanding opportunity for a Sr./Lead AWS DevOps Engineer to drive the ground up design and build out of an AWS DevOps environment for a leading SaaS HealthTech Company.
· We are a leading SaaS HealthTech Software Company in our niche and are looking for a Sr./Lead AWS DevOps Engineer. We are a privately held company backed by Private Equity, have been in business for 20+ years, with $40+M in revenue (25% increase over the previous year) and are an active philanthropic institution.
· The Sr./Lead AWS DevOps Engineer will collaborate with 10 Java and .NET Development teams supporting a 3 core high-performance mission critical SaaS HealthTech products. The Sr./Lead AWS DevOps Engineer will:
· Review, analyze and assess the current architecture, infrastructure and development environments in partnership with Software Development, Quality Assurance, Product Management, Cybersecurity, and IT Infrastructure, to design and build out an AWS DevOps strategy, roadmap and environment to align with organizational objectives and initiatives.
· Develop GitHub Actions to build CI/CD pipelines and AWS CodeDeploy for CD
· Utilize AWS Cloud Computing to manage and optimize AWS Core Services including AWS EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, VPC, etc.
· Utilize AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail and X-Ray and DataDog (Infrastructure, APM, Log Management, Dashboards and Alerts) as logging and monitoring solutions
· Utilize AWS CloudFormation and Terraform to define IaC and for provisioning and consistent configurations
· Build and deploy AWS EKS, AWS ECS and Docker for clustered containerization and orchestration
· Utilize AWS OpsWork with Chef or Puppet for Configuration Management
· Utilize AWS CodeArtifact, NuGet and/or JFrog for Artifact Management
· Develop Python, Perl, Bash, YAML and/or PowerShell Scripts to automate tasks in AWS
· Utilize AWS IAC and Okta for AWS Security
· Hire and lead 2 AWS DevOps Engineers
· Be held accountable for relentlessly staying abreast of and performing research on the industries latest bleeding-edge technologies and emerging trends and making proposals to showcase their application to the company s architecture
