Qualification:
8+ experience in Business Analysis.
Experience in the Wealth Management domain
Experience with SQL, Data Analysis, and Data mapping.
Relevant industry experience- Broker-Dealers, MF companies, Asset Managers, TAMPs.
Responsibilities:
Discuss and elicit business requirements from the stakeholders.
Document the requirements/ business process flow in the form of user stories
Communicate the business requirement to the development teams
Help the development teams by doing data profiling and identifying sources for specific data elements
Resolve the development and QA team queries about the business requirements
Perform the first level of business validation post-development to ensure the development is as per the requirements
Demo the developed functionality to the business users before UAT and capture user feedback
