Job summary We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Recruitment professional with demonstrable inhouse experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise as a full 360 recruiter managing Senior level technical roles and/or Sales/Commercial openings. The candidate will play a crucial role in attracting and hiring top talent to drive our company's continued success. Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. Oversee the development and implementation of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. Utilize Oracle Taleo to manage and track candidate applications. Conduct thorough candidate screenings interviews and assessments to identify the best fit for the company. Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to senior management. Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and tools. Qualifications Should have a demonstrable experience as an internal corporate recruiter. Experienced with Senior Level appointments. Commercial/Sales or Senior level technical recruitment experience is required. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills. Should have the ability to work in a hybrid work model. Must be detail-oriented and highly organized. Should have a proven track record of successfully filling positions. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Should have knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Must be proficient in using recruitment software and tools. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Should have experience in developing and implementing recruitment strategies. Must be committed to providing a positive candidate experience.
