Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist with robust experience in AWS technologies, digital analytics, NLP, intent mapping, and statistical forecasting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions and the ability to present analytical findings in a clear, concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy data science solutions leveraging AWS services such as EMR, Glue, Terraform, and Airflow.
  • Perform advanced digital analytics to uncover actionable insights, optimize digital sales channels, and enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop and implement NLP models for intent mapping, customer segmentation, and predictive analytics.
  • Conduct statistical forecasting to support business planning, demand forecasting, and trend analysis.
  • Present complex analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences, translating data insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital sales, product, marketing, and IT, to align data initiatives with business objectives.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field
  • Requires strong knowledge of WS services, including EMR, Glue, Terraform, and Airflow.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science roles with a strong focus on digital analytics and predictive modeling.
  • Strong expertise in NLP, intent mapping, and machine learning algorithms.
  • Solid experience in statistical forecasting techniques and time series analysis.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau for presenting insights effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex data concepts clearly.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in the telecommunications or MSO industry.
  • Knowledge of big data technologies and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and data governance best practices.

USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year

Compensation:

Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Benefits:
