The team has recently completed the rollout of Kronos for timekeeping and scheduling, moving towards UKG Dimensions, with Phase 1 completed and subsequent phases underway. For this role, experience with UKG or Kronos, particularly in timekeeping accruals, is important. UKG refers to their SaaS solution as Workforce Management Pro (WFM Pro). The individual in this role will be responsible for handling tickets and assisting with Phase 2 rollout tasks. They will also need to connect with new lease vendors, gather hourly data, and ensure it is sent to the relevant vendors. While Kronos or UKG functional expertise is not necessary, strong skills in C# and SQL are essential. Responsibilities include managing the demographics file transfer to a new vendor, which involves combining data from two timekeeping systems (on-prem and SaaS) into a single file. Key technical skills required include: - Strong SQL skills, particularly in database management and writing queries.
- Proficiency in C# .NET for transformation and file creation.
- Experience with Google BigQuery to transfer data from SaaS to in-house environments and writing queries.
