POSITION	Sr/Lead Product Manager
LOCATION	M-Th in-office; WFH Friday. No exceptions. San Francisco, CA: 100 North Point, San Francisco, CA Rocklin, CA: 3750 Atherton Rd, Rocklin, CA 95765

Top Requirements (Must haves)	5+ years of product management or business analysis experience within a technology organization Deep experience in web merchandising solutions in large catalog organizations, ideally in Retail. Experience with Content Management System (experience with AEM Sites and Assets client is using AEM 6.5). Ability to interface with business as well as technology teams Experience managing relationships with business stakeholders, gathering requirements and documenting those requirements in the form of user stories Experience working within Scrum or other Agile environments Experience with Jira & Confluence, specifically authoring effective JIRA stories for functional requirements, detailed acceptance criteria and prioritization with delivery teams
Additional Qualifications (Nice to Haves)	Bachelor's degree in computers, engineering or equivalent experience. Strong drive towards execution; can-do type of person Strong interpersonal skills/team player and demonstrated the ability to work with various teams harmoniously while keeping project releases on time and on budget Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to work collaboratively and influence others within a matrix environment. Ability to develop and foster constructive business relationships and gain their trust. Proven experience executing projects, meeting deadlines and operating under tight time constraints.
