Participate in finalizing business requirements to develop a firm understanding of the needs. . Participate in finalizing functional and technical requirements. . Document legacy system architecture, as needed. . Develop strategies to enhance the interoperability of the existing PeopleSoft systems to increase data reliability, streamline workflows, and eliminate duplicate data entry. . Develop technical solutions to deliver existing and new functionality while reducing the number and complexity of PeopleSoft customizations. . Develop technical solutions to meet business needs not effectively and efficiently delivered by PeopleSoft. . Participate in prototype and proof of concept exercises. . Identify opportunities to streamline the number and complexity of interfaces to PeopleSoft and other applications. . Document the to-be architecture, taking into consideration state shared services, enterprise standards, and security requirements. . Participate in the development of project, workstream, and sprint planning to sequence the delivery of system enhancements and new functionality to ITS business owners. . Develop artifacts required to support software development life cycle standards. . Develop analyses and other products to support program governance and project management efforts. . Able to work with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) artifacts developed to industry and State standards. . Able to work with the reports and presentations on technical analyses and recommendations. Able to create prototypes and proof of concept exercises
