  1. Knowledge of Agile methodology within DevOps from Epic to Test Plan, Test Suite, Test Case.
  2. Knowledge of how the TestNG framework is used to support Automation within DevOps.
  3. Knowledge of Automation tools like Selenium
  4. Knowledge of SQL and other database design tools.
  5. Knowledge of business profitability and risk management.
  6. Knowledge of modern office methods and procedures.
  7. Skill to use and compose clear, comprehensive, and accurate verbal and written communication and reports.
  8. Skill to use UltiPro, Netwise, Darwin, iSynergy, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Cognos.
  9. Skill to use VisualCron to perform Integration Testing.
  10. Skill to support testing on multiple projects.
  11. Skill to be organized, give attention to detail, and exercise follow up.
  12. Skill to research and analyze data and prepare recommendations.
  13. Skill to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments to meet deadlines.
  14. Ability to process, interpret, and communicate complex data and financial information.
  15. Ability to be a critical thinker, exercise professional judgment and initiative.
  16. Ability to draw logical conclusions and make effective recommendations.
  17. Ability to listen carefully and respond to or refer customer requests and problems with diplomacy and a sense of urgency.
