Job Description :
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience required.
  • Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM (CMDB, Event Management) and ITSM (Incident).
  • Proficient in ServiceNow workflow scripting and the ability to pull and update data via scripting.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • ITOM and ITSM Expertise: Require ServiceNow resource with ITOM (CMDB, Event Management) and ITSM (Incident) experience.
  • Workflow Scripting: Develop and modify workflows, configure incident routing, and manage ticketing incidents.
  • Discovery and Data Federation: Support Enterprise Architecture in the design and implementation of automated discovery and data federation from multiple data sources into the ServiceNow CMDB.
  • Technical Solutions Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB best practices.
  • Customization and Configuration: Lead customization and configuration of Discovery, Event Management, and the CMDB to automate incident creation based on alerts and optimize infrastructure visibility and management.
  • Data Migration: Support data migration design and activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
  • Integration Management: Assist architects in the design and integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications to create seamless end-to-end processes.
  • Best Practices Development: Contribute to the development of best practices and standards, adhere to security and implementation best practices, and ensure compliance requirements are met.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features, enhancements, and best practices. Continue certification and training to enhance platform expertise.
  • Asset and Configuration Management: Develop processes, procedures, and standards for Asset and Configuration Management. Improve effectiveness through process maturity and KPIs.
  • Relationship Mapping: Build relationship mappings in ServiceNow CMDB with Discovery Tools and Service Mapping for various modules including ITOM, Hardware Asset, Virtual Agent, Change, Problem, Certificate, Incident, etc.
  • Module Integration: Lead the integration of new modules, store applications, integrations, and spokes.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Interface with executive stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with business goals and emerging trends.
  • Development and Data Management: Oversee development and data management for integrations between the ServiceNow Platform and other systems, tools, or services (e.g., Workday, Active Directory).
