Job Description:

Maintain a current Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert & Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification.

· Maintain a current Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert & Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate certification.

· Have at least five (5) years of experience working with the Microsoft computing environment.

· Be familiar with Microsoft Domain Administration, Active Directory, domain controllers, and DNS.

· Be capable of troubleshooting minor network connectivity issues.

· Perform basic messaging system administration (e-mail).

· Be familiar with PC and server hardware, and capable of troubleshooting and resolving system issues.

· Respond to trouble tickets from the Service Desk automated trouble ticketing system.

· Perform hardware and software system administration functions, including patches, upgrades, service packs, and hotfixes.

· Be responsible for backup and recovery functions.

· Designate personnel to fill each shift during a 24x7x365 work week at WCF and DCF locations.

· Lead the systems engineering team in providing support as described in the document.
