JOB DESCRIPTION :
Note - Should be onsite Stamford or travel multiple weeks in a month (Might need to travel more in first 2-3 months to establish a relationship). Also, I would say the candidate should be strategic thinker who can come up with Facts backed strategic ideas that will enhance the client s business improve sales, customer satisfaction, and reduce calls and churn.
Minimum 15-20 years of work experience in Telecom Domain with significant portion of it around Billing
" Experienced in Core Cable and Mobile Billing Solutions ability to understand current state, take inputs from leadership and drive future bill strategy
" Past working experience in Bill Presentment transformation to reduce bill confusion/shock for new and existing customers
" Past working experience in taking different billing and bill presentment across products and implementing converged billing/presentment
" Ability to analyze existing billing practices and suggest quick changes that would improve customer and agent experience, increase autopay to reduce churn etc.
" Candidate will be working with senior leadership so should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be able to create quick/clear PPT or other format proposal decks to get Leadership and stake holder reviews and approval.
" Local to Stamford, CT is preferable or Travel at least Multiple times a week role is strategic in have face to face interactions with Billing Leadership will be important
