PROJECT DETAILS JOB DESCRIPTION Manage and review the work and staff related to telecommunications and networks to accomplish plans and results. Oversee the daily operational support and provisioning of the Bureau/Department''s systems. Supervise vendors and training of staff. Ensure that all platforms are designed, provisioned, and maintained in a reliable and efficient manner. Ensure Bureau/Department compliance with service agreements, policies, and other regulatory rules. Analyze the telecommunications requirements across Bureaus/Departments and groups. Establish the plans and priorities to develop new or modify existing services, software, and hardware. REQUIRED DEGREE Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor''s Degree REQUIRED CERTIFICATION(S) REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE # YEARS Candidate s ACTUAL Years of Experience Experience as member of a telecommunications and network technology team that worked on circuits, systems, wiring, devices, and telecommunications equipment or in a directly related field 5 Prior supervisory experience 3 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT # YEARS REFERENCES Two (2) references of submitted candidates required.
