Strategic Leadership:

    Build and manage strong relationships with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to define long-term strategies that address complex global business challenges.
     Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to achieve business objectives and facilitate decision-making with executive leadership.
     Drive the implementation of best-in-class supply chain ecosystems.

Requirements

    8+ years of experience overseeing enterprise applications, with a strong focus on Oracle EBS, and supply chain solutions.
    Demonstrated experience in managing teams, including hiring, coaching, and fostering a high-performance culture.
    Proven experience deploying large-scale enterprise applications (e.g., Oracle EBS, and B2B).
    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related field.
    Strong leadership and communication skills with experience collaborating across departments.
     Demonstrated ability to manage application integration in mergers and acquisitions (M&A).
     Experience in the semiconductor industry or familiarity with semiconductor business processes is a plus.
    Knowledge of Power BI and Snowflake is advantageous.
