QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
Contractor staff assigned to this agreement must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:
• Five years of experience with SSIS.
• Five years of experience with SSRS.
• Five years of experience developing applications in C#.Net.
• Five years of experience with HTML5.
• Five years of experience with MVC.
• Eight years of experience with Visual Studio.
• One year of experience with Azure DevOps.
• Eight years of experience with SQL Server development, including tables, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and views.
• Five years of experience writing, reading, and interpreting technical specifications, test cases, and application requirements.
• Five years of experience with IT security standards regarding application hardening and data encryption.
• Five years of experience with IIS environment for clients and servers.
• Five years of experience with Object Oriented analysis, design, and best practices.
• One year of experience Azure cloud services, including build and release, Azure SQL, triggers, pipelines, and configuration.
• Five years of experience developing web-based applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or other related field; or equivalent work experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
SERVICE TASKS: Contractor will perform the following tasks in the time and manner specified:
Provide Advanced Systems Analyst consulting services for Scrum development projects as directed by the Department to include:
• Planning Sessions,
• Stand-Up Sessions,
• Review Sessions,
• Backlog Grooming Sessions,
• Pointing Sessions, and
• Retrospective Sessions.
• Modify, create, and test application and database code for identified stories, with a zero-defect rate, as directed by the Department.
• Document application modifications and additions daily as coding tasks are assigned by the Department and store in a document repository as directed by the Department.
• Query proprietary data warehouses to combine specialized data sets to support the analytic work of the Department as directed by the Department.
DATA SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY TASK: The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents must comply at all times with all Department data security procedures and policies in the performance of this scope of work as specified in the Data Security and Confidentiality document attached to the purchase order.
