Job Description :
Position # 5: Technical PM
Type of hire: Direct W2 or FTE.
Location: Spring, TX. (Hybrid).
Special Note: we need someone from Development exp who moved to PM role & should have coding experience.
Please find below responsibilities:
  • Manages activities of supporting program teams, internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with unit strategy and owns responsibility for overall program.
  • Work well cross-functionally, have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, be able to operate successfully both strategically and tactically.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams at different locations.
  • Work directly with Product Managers, SME s and other stakeholders to gather requirements to understand their goals and work with the Dev and QA teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with product managers, SME and other stakeholders.
  • Passionate about innovating on behalf of customers, can demonstrate a high degree of ownership.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English language.
  • Knowledge of ADO.
  • Planning and execution of project activities.
  • Development life cycle (Agile-Scrum/Test Driven Development) methodology and application of specialized business and technical knowledge.
  • Using software quality assurance tools and processes.
  • Collaborate with Developers and Management to understand the technical specifications of the product.
  • Manage platform schedules and deadlines.
  • Good understand on application functionality and features.
  • Knowledge of conferencing rooms applications like Zoom/Skype/Microsoft Teams.
  • Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders.
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's or master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent.
  • 8 to 10 years TPM/program management experience
