Job Description :
We are looking for a full-time contractor or employee for a Technical Project Manager role.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and evaluate processes to ensure consistent adherence, manage scope and schedule changes, and develop project budgets and plans. 
  • Monitor and measure application quality, identify improvement measures, and ensure deliverables meet agreements and budget constraints.
  • Communicate with stakeholders, solicit feedback, and build strong relationships. 
  • Manage problems, resolve issues, identify and mitigate risks, and motivate the team to take ownership and improve efficiency. 
  • Articulate the application and technology roadmap, coordinate project initiation and planning to meet strategic commitments. 
  • Consistently produces high-quality work within expected timelines. 
  • Demonstrates sound judgement and continued benefits for the agency. 
  • Communications achieve the desired actions and strengthen relationships. 
  • Uses feedback, data, and self-reflection to inform own work. 
  • Drives own work and seeks opportunity to influence improvements 
Required Skills:
  • Working with software application teams, using SDLC, PMLC, and Agile Scrum methodology

Preferred Skills:
  • Working with .NET applications
