Job Description/Responsibilities
Translate well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria to test cases for POS/Payment gateway.
Work with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders, including Fiserv, POS, Promotions, pricing, POS LAB support team.
Work in an Agile environment and continuously review the business needs, refine priorities, and outline milestones and deliverables working with Lead.
Partner with stakeholders and users across different teams for E2E testing and reporting.
Prioritize and maintain the test execution backlog and execute assigned stories with the right traceability.
What are the top Must Haves for this role?
At least 3 years' experience in POS and Payment gateway testing.
At least 2 years of experience in POS actual LAB/Device testing.
Experience in QSR or Retail is preferable.
Expert Knowledge of SDLC
Strong skillset to gather requirements and document business processes
Strong communication, presentation, articulation skills
