Immediate need for a talented Thought Leader in Automation and AI. This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Des Moines ,IA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $80 - $100/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-Thought leader, planning and strategy.
  • Does not have to be an Insurance SME, but that experience would be a plus.
  • A strategic leader to provide direction within Automation but can also cross over to other areas of the business.
  • Does not have to be Guidewire Architect - but that would be a bonus
  • Do not want another resource manager
  • It would be great if this resource had a data background.
  • This may be possible if the person has AI experience.
  • We need to find people with some experience with insurance.
  • Guidewire experience is not a hard requirement, but it will be a strong indicator of insurance systems and understanding.
  • Need someone with a wide range of experience beyond just QA but also Data, Cloud, etc
  • They must be very well rounded in technology, centered around the technologies used in insurance.
