As a Senior ITSM Consultant, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and management of ITSM processes, including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management. You will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow to automate and optimize IT service delivery. Responsibilities Implement and manage ITSM processes, ensuring adherence to industry best practices (ITIL Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs Analyze incident and problem data to identify trends and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with teams across the organization to ensure smooth service delivery. Provide guidance and training to team members on ITSM processes and tools. Continuously improve ITSM processes and identify opportunities for automation. Required Skills And Experience ITIL & ITSM Designing Procedures experience Must 8+ years of experience in IT Service Management. Strong proficiency in ServiceNow or other similar tools. Experience in implementing and managing ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Service Level Management Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills : Experience with ITIL certifications (ITIL Foundation, ITIL Practitioner, ITIL Expert Qualification Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
