Role: UI/UX developer
Location: Pittsburg, PA (Locals preferred)
Duration: 12 months.
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Position type: W2 contract
UI/UX developer: 4 positons
UI/UX lead : 2 positions
MUST: UI/UX Development, A e creative suite, Dreamweaver, HTML5, CSS3, Java script, Pega Platform, Experience designing and documenting User Interface and User Experience.
Local to PA will be preferred
Experience:
- At least 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
Relevant Experience:
- Experience with designing and developing digital products and solutions
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Understanding of responsive design and development, HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business requirements
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design solutions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the designs are implemented accurately
- Continuously evaluate and iterate on designs to improve user experience
- Present design solutions to clients and stakeholders and articulate the design decisions.
