Job Title: UI/UX Lead Developer

Location: Atlanta, GA or Charlotte, NC

Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary: The UI/UX Lead Developer will spearhead the design and development of user-centric interfaces for our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creative and technical expertise to ensure seamless and engaging user experiences. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to translate user needs and business objectives into compelling digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Leadership: Lead the conceptualization and implementation of intuitive user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  • User Research: Conduct and analyze user research to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Prototyping and Wireframing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with technical constraints.
  • Usability Testing: Plan and execute usability tests, iterating on designs based on feedback and analytics.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital products.
