Job Description/Skills: Planisware consultant
The Planisware Consultant will provide expert guidance and support in configuring, optimizing, and maintaining the Planisware Enterprise PPM software v 7.1.3 (Apollo) to meet the organization's project and portfolio management needs. The consultant will collaborate with the Apollo Support and Planisware Support teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
o Collaborate with the Apollo Support team to understand business needs, workflows, and reporting requirements.
2. Configuration and Customization:
o Configure Planisware modules (e.g., project, resource management, ideation, protective estimating, roadmaps, presentations, active tab, strategic portfolio) to align with organizational processes.
o Customize and maintain workflows, dashboards, DQA, and reports based on requirements provided by the Apollo Support team
o Customize and maintain automation and AI capabilities based on requirements provided by the Apollo Support team.
3. System Integration:
o Develop and implement integration solutions between Planisware and enterprise systems, including Codebeamer, Windchill, and others.
o Ensure data accuracy and consistency across integrated systems.
o Facilitate synchronization of project data, risks, deliverables, and other critical information across systems.
4. Support and Maintenance:
o Collaborate with the Apollo Support team to troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly.
o Perform quarterly system performance reviews and implement updates or optimizations as needed.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
o Ensure all Planisware configurations and customizations are documented and adhere to the current process
o Document configurations, workflows, integration processes, and mapping between Planisware and legacy systems for knowledge sharing and future reference.
Deliverables:
Customized Planisware configuration tailored to organizational needs.
Integration solutions and documentation for seamless system interoperability with Codebeamer, Windchill, and SAP.
All JSON, DMR, and other files deployed to the production environment
Log of any changes to the production environment to be shared with Planisware
Quarterly status reports on system performance, updates, and optimization recommendations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Planisware v 7.1 implementation, configuration, integration with legacy systems, and optimization.
Strong understanding of project and portfolio management principles.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with the Apollo Support team
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
